ORDERING BY TELEPHONE
You'd like to order by telephone because you are not comfortable online. Not a problem. We are happy to take your order over the phone. Please note that this does not process your order any faster than placing it online. We process orders in the order they are recieved. Our security will be the same online as it is on the telephone. We take security very seriously and have never had a security incident in our history. If you're still not sure, give us a call and talk to a real person.
HOW DO I SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS?
You can click on the product categories on the top of the screen and select a category from the drop down menu or use the Search box at the top of the screen. Simply type your search tem in where the word "search" is located and click on the magnifying glass or press enter.
NOT FINDING WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?
Tri Green Toy Tractor carries a wide selection of "Licensed" John Deere merchandise. However, we try to select the most popular items that are appropriate for ages 0-99. If you are looking for something in particular that you don't find on our site, please contact us at mpearson@jlpflora.com and we will do what we can to locate an item for you. You may also check with your local dealer. Dealership are independently owned and each may vary in the merchandise they carry.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and PayPal. We also accpet Farm Plan accounts. Please contact us directly at 1-800-873-0295 with your Farm Plan account number.
TAXES
Tri Green Tractor LLC is located in Indiana and we must collect a 7% state sales tax on all orders originating in Indiana.
CREDIT CARD ISSUES
My credit card shows that I was charged more than once on my online banking account. What's going on?
Credit card charge requests are sent to your bank. The card issuer makes a decision, and sends it back to us. If the credit card fails, a "pending" transaction may appear on your account, and you may not have access to the funds. If you encounter multiple fails, multiple holds may be placed on those funds. This practice has NOTHING to do with www.trigreentoytractor.com and we can NOT fix this problem. This is a function of your bank card, if a charge declines, normally because of a billing address mismatch please do not contact us. This is not an actual charge to the credit card after the authorizaation expires (usaully within two weeks but up to one month depending on the credit card issuing bank) We can not process a declined order. Please contact your bank to remedy the situation.

Why create an account?
Creating your account allows you to check your order status at any time after you've ordered.
How to create an account
There are two ways to create your own account:
1) Click on "Log In/Register" at the top of any www.trigreentoytractor.com Web page.
2) When placing an order, select "I am a new customer" option and follow the instructions in the checkout.
If you choose to continue as a guest shopper, you'll be able to place an order, but you won't be able to check order status online.
How to check order status
If you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order by clicking on Log on, then view the status under the "My Recent Orders" table. You must be a registered user to check your order status.
How to change an account
To make changes your account, click Log on, and then click on "Edit" based on the type of information to be changed. You could also use the links in the "My Account" box that appears as a part of the checkout process.
Change Password
To change your password, Click on "Change Password" in the My Account box and follow the instructions.
PRMOTIONS
Prmotional shipping offers can not be applied to orders being shipped via Air (Next Day or Second Day). All offers are while supplies last and may not be applied to any other promotional discounts or previous orders.
Promotional discounts that apply to the order total will be reflected at checkout. Order total excludes taxes, and shipping & handling charges. Due to market changes or circumstances beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
