All of us at Jackson-Lee-Pearson, Inc. take great pride in providing the best customer experience possible and that means service after the sale. We are a full service John Deere dealer and all of our technicians are factory trained. We send them to various schools and training seminars to stay up to date on the latest John Deere equipment. Our goal is to keep your equipment running as efficiently as possible to minimize downtime. From your 500 horsepower tractor to your lawn tractor, and anything in between including your 36 row planter or your Agricultural Management Solutions equipment. We have a dedicated product support team to help you with all your service needs.

Pre/Post Season Inspection Programs – We strongly believe that inspecting and servicing your equipment during the “off” season is a more cost effective way to control your maintenance dollars. We have “off” season inspection programs for every piece of equipment we sell.

Lawn & Garden Pre/Post Season 14 Point Inspection

Our factory-trained technicians are ready. Our John Deere Parts are waiting. So keep your John Deere investment paying off for years. Give it the annual upkeep it deserves at Jackson-Lee-Pearson, Inc.

The service includes but is not limited to Engine oil, Engine oil filter, Spark Plugs, Air Filter + Pre Cleaner, Check and Correct Coolant Level (if applicable), Battery, Charging System, Safety System, Check and Adjust Tire Pressures, Level Deck, Clean Deck, Sharpen Blades, & Lubricate Grease Points. Also, a check over is done at the same time to find other items not covered in the service that could possibly need replaced! Please contact the store below to schedule your inspection today!

Your Tractor may be trying to tell you something. We suggest the following maintenance on your lawn tractor every 50 hours of mowing:

  • Sharpen or replace mower blades
  • Change Oil and filter
  • Check/replace spark plugs
  • Clean battery terminals
  • Check tire pressure and brakes
  • Lubricate front axle pivot
  • Lubricate front axle wheel spindle and bushings

You can do it yourself with one of our Home Maintenance Kits

Kits start at $30 and most kits include: 2 quarts oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, air Pre cleaner and spark plug(s)

JLP/Performax Inspection Programs

When you're in the field, you expect a few challenges, but you don't expect breakdowns. To help avoid them, take your equipment to Jackson-Lee-Pearson, Inc. for a PerforMax™ or PerforMax+ inspection.

Tractor Service Inspection Programs

Jackson-Lee-Pearson, Inc. has an extensive process of checking your tractor’s engine, electrical, power train, hydraulic system, and air conditioning as well as front axle pivot bushings, drive lines, final drive bearing wear, steering cylinders and more. To maintain your diesel engine’s performance, fuel injectors should be cleaned, pressure tested and calibrated every 1000 hours. Email or call to scheduled your inspection today!

We utilize a 123+ Item JLP Tractor Inspection Checklist which includes:

  • Inspect Drive Train
  • Check hydraulic system flows and pressures
  • Inspect front axle pivot bushings
  • Inspect drive lines “U” joints and shields
  • Test charging system
  • Inspect hoses, wiring, pins & bushings
  • Check fuel injection system
  • Pressure test cooling system
  • Dyno (if PTO equipped)
  • Coolant and Oilscan Analysis

Planter and Drill Inspection Programs

Your planter is one of the most important and yet overlooked pieces of equipment a farmer owns. Higher yields are a direct result of a properly maintained and calibrated planter. Let one of Jackson-Lee-Pearson’s factory trained technicians inspect your planter or drill before season to eliminate trouble in the field.

Get a computerized Seed Metering Tune-up – we completely disassemble the seed meter, inspect all parts for wear, leakage and function, run seed metering unit on test stand, calibrate for seed size and speed, generate a computerized print-out of the efficiency.

Combine Inspections:

We utilize a 199+ Item JLP Combine Inspection Checklist which includes:

  • Remove & Inspect all Belts and Chains
  • Hand Turn all Drives
  • Feel & Listen to all Bearings
  • Remove Feeder house and inspect: feeder house chain, sprockets, bearings, reverser, cylinder, rasp bars, concave and beater
  • Inspect shoe augers and bearings
  • Inspection all housings and auger fittings
  • Inspect hinge area: hoses wiring, pins and bushings
  • Inspection all hydraulic functions and fluid levels
  • Pressure Test cooling system
  • Inspect Platform at NO Extra Charge with Platinum Inspection
  • A detailed list of recommended repairs after a thorough inspection
