Shipping General Information

Tri Green Toy Tractor.com is proud to say that say that we ship to all 50 states, Canada and some European countries. Additionally, we are proud to support our military personnel and ship to APO/AE address.

What are my shipping options?

We ship to all 50 states via UPS or USPS. The standard method of shipping to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and International orders is USPS Priority Mail. International shipping may required additional fees (duties) from the importing country upon package arrival. These fees are dictated by the importing country and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated for each order based on the total weight of the items and packaging, the destination zip code and shipping method selected. To determine your shipping rate, add all your items to the shopping cart, enter your zip code and click on the "get rates" button. It will default to UPS ground rates but you may select USPS to see those charges. We do not charge a handling fee or attempt to make any extra on shipping. We simply have to cover our costs. We can ship USPS First Class upon a phoned order, however, there is no tracking information on first class packages and www.jacksonleepearson.com is not responsible for lost packages shipped first-class.

When will my package arrive?

The total delivery time for your order is composed of processing time plus shipping time. For most items, the processing time is up to 1 business day. The shipping time ranges from 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose and the delivery zip code. We make every attempt to ship as soon as possible.

  • UPS Ground - 3-5 business days (plus order processing time)
  • UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day (plus order processing time)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days (plus order processing time)
USPS
  • USPS Priority Mail - 2-4 business days (plus order processing time)
  • USPS Express Mail - Next Day to most US locations (plus order processing time)
  • USPS Priority Mail International - 6-10 business days (plus order processing time)
  • USPS Express Mail International - 3-5 business days (plus order processing time)

Weight & Size Limits

There are no limits to the total weight of your shipment or the total number of packages in your shipment. However shipments with single packages larger than 150lbs. or more will require the use of freight truck services. We offer FedEx 3 Day Freight online but have other options if you call. For instance, we can typically ship a ride-on Gator to a residential shipping address by freight truck for about $125.00.

Must I sign for my delivery?

Signature is required for freight delivery, however a signature is not required for other shipping methods. According to UPS it is at the discretion of the driver to receive a signature for a delivery. This may delay the delivery time if no one is available to sign for a package. Thorough inspection must be made upon delivery and all damage noted. If an item is damaged, delivery should be refused and www.jacksonleepearson.com should be notified immediately. Please save all shipping and merchandise packaging until notified otherwise.

Is expedited shipping available?

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. However, UPS Saturday delivery is not an option unless you call for rates. Placing your order after noon Eastern Time is not guaranteed to ship that day because of UPS pick up times. Next day air packages arrived by the end of day on the first full business day after shipment, and 2nd Day Air packages arrive the second full business day after shipment. As a rule, you can expect orders shipped Next Day to take 2-3 business days to arrive and 2nd Day air packages to arrive within 3-4 business days. However, please know that we attempt to make every effort to get expedited orders out as soon as possible.

At www.trigreentoytractor.com we pride ourselves in our reputation for quality John Deere licensed merchandise and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days of purchase receipt. The item must be in its original condition and include all tags, accessories and packaging. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) For your protection we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. When requesting a refund, your original card or Paypal account will be credited once your return is processed. When exchanging an item you will see a credit for the returned item and a charge for the new item plus shipping charges.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy

If an item is missing, damaged, defective, shortage or incorrect, you must contact us by phone 1-800-873-0295 or email mpearson@trigreentractor.com within 5 days of the purchase receipt so that we can explain what steps need to be taken.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Used or worn merchandise
  • Special Order items
  • Custom embroidery Items
  • Shrink-wrapped or packaged products that have been opened

Can I cancel or change my order?

You must contact us before your order has shipped to change or cancel an order. Once the order has been shipped it will fall under the return policy. Please be aware that we begin processing your order as soon as possible, therefore, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to have the best chance of catching the order before it ships. Simply call us at 1-800-873-0295 or email us at mpearson@trigreentractor.com with your name and order number.

How do I return merchandise?

We will take returns on in-stock items up to thirty (30) days of purchase date. In-stock items will be credited for a full return minus shipping costs

All items must be in the original package and in the condition in which they were received. If this is not the case, we have the right to partial credits.

A copy of the invoice MUST accompany the return and note the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our products.

Shipping charges will not be refunded or paid by Tri Green Toy Tractor unless prior approval has been granted due to an error in the order.
